What a lovely Hotel, we were there December 11th 2023 for 3 nights. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. The Lebanese lady kindly made us a Lebanese breakfast ( mashallah). The Mexican lady was friendly and also helpful. She was pregnant at the time..felizidades :) we will definitely return to the hotel again for sure. Tony

Specifically chosen because of its LIFT (as my mobility isn't what it was) and LOCATION on the edge of the '9 streets' within easy striking distance of the tram at Elandgracht and the restaurants, bars and amazing town house museums of the Canal Ring. It lived up to expectations on both counts. An unpretentious mid-price hotel. Room was well appointed and clean. Bed not uncomfortable. Bathroom was the weak point ... shower was a pathetic dribble and someone needs to look at the windows as there's some unpleasant mould starting to appear. That said, staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good indeed. So all-in-all - recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights on our 1st visit to Amsterdam. Booked based on the reasonable price and the close location to the centre of the city. The hotel had everything we needed and was clean and warm. The staff gave us a warm reception and were friendly and helpful. The walls are a little thin so not so good with any coming and going but to be honest we were always so tired from all the sightseeing we slept really well. If we return to ‘Dam we will defo try to book again.

Great hotel for the money. Staff very attentive. Good location within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Only issue was the notice from other guests dragging their luggage down the stairs would wake us up.I highly recommend this hotel otherwise

Amra was absolutely great and so helpful. I have booked for next week but open my surprise it seemed it was booked for the same date but in 2024!!! Amra has moved my booking with no issues at all to next week. Thank you very much :)
